This policy explains how TooMe handles account information, selected photos, emotional check-ins, generated images, purchase records, device session data and support requests.
What we collect
Account details; selected photos and scene analysis; generated images and supportive copy; favorites, reminder settings and check-ins; device and security session data; subscription transaction identifiers; and reports you submit about generated content.
Why we use it
To provide authentication, preserve interrupted work, generate and review visual resets, synchronize saved content and widgets, verify subscriptions, prevent abuse, respond to requests and maintain service security.
AI and service providers
Selected photos are sent to contracted infrastructure and AI providers for scene understanding, image transformation, text-to-speech and safety review. Providers process data on our instructions. Processing may occur outside your country, subject to contractual and legal safeguards.
Retention
Account and saved content remain until you delete them. Source photos and generation records are retained to resume interrupted jobs and support account history. Security and transaction records may be retained when required for fraud prevention, tax, accounting or legal obligations.
Your choices and rights
You may export your account data or permanently delete your account in Profile. Depending on your location, you may also request access, correction, portability, withdrawal of consent, restriction or information about processing and recipients.
Children
TooMe is not directed to children and must not be used to upload a child’s image without the authority and consent required by applicable law.
Security
We use encrypted transport, short-lived access tokens, protected refresh tokens, access controls and least-privilege mobile permissions. No system can guarantee absolute security.
